You are currently on the NATAN website for Belgium. All the information below is pertaining to shipping information within this region. If you wish your order to be delivered to an address outside of Belgium, please select a different location in the top left corner of our website. 

DELIVERY VIA TNT

NATAN works together with TNT to offer the best possible shipping service.

TNT delivers on business days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m and TNT will inform you via e-mail about the expected delivery date. Is that day inconvenient for you? No problem, you can simply change the delivery via the internet-link which you receive along with the shipment confirmation. You can for example choose to have the package delivered to a TNT parcel shop near you or to a different address. You will receive an e-mail once your package has been delivered.

Was your package delivered to a TNT Parcelshop? Please be sure to bring identification when you go collect the package. You will have 10 days to pick up the package before it returns to NATAN. We will then contact you to arrange a new delivery. Please note that additional costs may apply.

NATAN will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Spain, Sweden
Zone 4 : 3-6 business days*

Delivery rules and restrictions:

• An order placed before 3 p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.
• An order placed on Friday afternoon, or during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday.
• TNT does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.
• If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown for your country in the table above, please track your order or contact our customer care team: info@natan.be .

RATES

• Belgium: 
  • We offer free shipping for orders over 200 euro. 
  • Shipping costs: 10 euro for orders below 200 euro: 
• International: 
  • Shipping costs: 20 euro.
