Pricing policy and payment
All indicated prices are in € and are VAT included.
In our flagship stores, the Customer can pay cash, by card, or by bank transfer (with deposit).
Personalized orders are possible, with limitations. The ready-to-wear collection can be customized in terms of length. It is also possible to re-order pieces from the existing collection when these are sold out, if there is enough fabric left, for an extra € 200.
In case NATAN asks for a down payment of 30 to 50%, it needs to be paid by the customer immediately. In the event of non-payment, NATAN has the right to suspend its services until full payment has been received.
A piece can be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours in store without any costs applying. If the customer requests to hold a reservation for longer than 48 hours, a down payment of 30 to 50% can be requested. In case of non-payment, the reserved piece will be put back in store.
The customer has the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase in every NATAN store, in the same country, on presentation of the receipt, and in the same condition as purchased originally. The customer will receive a voucher worth the original paid purchase price, which will be valid for 6 months.
Adjustments and repairs
For all adjustments or repairs, NATAN reserves itself the right to charge an alteration fee on a material (fabric) and man-hours basis or to refuse the request if the item shows signs of use or if it is older than 3 years. The term for adjustments or repairs generally is of two weeks.
Items that have been adjusted according to the customer's preferences can’t be returned or swapped.
Items presenting defects can be repaired by NATAN, replaced by an equivalent item or refunded, provided that it has been detected by NATAN in store or reported to NATAN within 6 months after delivery of the item to the Customer, without being worn. This does not apply to defects due to any external cause.
All above mentioned conditions also apply to the Natan Couture collection.
For made-to-measure Couture pieces, additional conditions are applicable:
For made-to-measure, we advise two to four (dependent on the complexity of the design) fittings. Different fabric swatches can be presented to the customer to guide him or her during the selection process of the right fit-fabric match. The garment prototype will only be created after the final confirmation of the customer, concerning both the fabric and the fit.
Please take into account that every unique piece has a unique price. The price is a calculation based on the complexity (of the fitting), the exclusivity (of the style and fabric), and the creative process required from the Couture atelier and Couture team. Based on the previously mentioned indications, an estimation of both the cost and the deadline for the creation the garment is communicated to the customer. A down payment of 30 to 50% will be requested, to start the confection of the piece.
Based on previous elements and on the atelier's planning, a precise date is agreed for the finished item.
The average duration between choosing the design and delivery of the piece varies between 5 to 7 weeks. We suggest a fitting every 2 to 3 weeks.
For wedding gowns, the average delivery time of 6 months is applicable.
All estimated terms, as mentioned above, can be reviewed in case of emergencies.
